About Rianna's Voice
Rianna’s Voice is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on teen dating violence prevention, youth safety, and education.
Founded in 2024 in honor of 16-year-old Rianna Lynn Glass, our work helps teens understand healthy vs. unhealthy relationships, build confidence and boubndaries, and know they deserve safe, respectful partnerships.
Why Prevention Matters
Teen dating violence is often minimized as “drama,” leaving many teens unsure how to seek help or recognize harm. Prevention education bridges that gap early.

Partnership Pathways
Advocate - $100
Advocate partners offer accessible, entry-level support that helps sustain Rianna’s Voice’s education, outreach, and awareness efforts across the community. This pathway is designed especially for local businesses and community organizations that want a clear, meaningful way to stand against teen dating violence and show their support publicly.
Advocate partners receive recognition appropriate to entry-level sponsorship—such as inclusion in group sponsor listings and digital acknowledgments—and serve as an important foundation of community-backed prevention and youth safety work.
Courage - $250
Courage partners provide important, mission-sustaining support that helps strengthen Rianna’s Voice’s outreach and educational efforts. This pathway is ideal for organizations that want to be visibly associated with our mission and support our work in a focused, approachable way.
Courage partners receive recognition that reflects their role in helping amplify awareness and community engagement.
Empower - $500
Empower partners support individual programs, events, or targeted components of our work, such as school-based education, caregiver outreach, or youth safety initiatives. This pathway offers a strong balance of impact and accessibility.
Empower partners are recognized for their direct contribution to expanding prevention, education, and awareness in the community.
Champion - $1,000
Champion partners provide substantial support for specific programs, events, or combined initiatives. This pathway is well-suited for organizations that want to make a clear, measurable impact within a defined area of our work.
Champion partners receive elevated recognition and visibility tied to the programs or events they support.
Impact - $2,500
Impact partners play a significant role in advancing Rianna’s Voice’s work by supporting multiple events, initiatives, or major program areas. This pathway is ideal for organizations seeking strong visibility and a meaningful leadership presence in youth safety and prevention efforts.
Impact partners receive featured recognition and are recognized as key supporters of our mission and programs.
Legacy - $5,000
Legacy partners represent our highest level of partnership and provide leadership-level support for Rianna’s Voice. This pathway supports broad, sustained impact across multiple programs, events, and outreach efforts over the course of a year or a major initiative.
Legacy partners are closely aligned with our mission and receive top-tier recognition and visibility, reflecting their role in helping drive long-term prevention, education, and community impact.
Our Origin
Founded in honor of 16-year-old Rianna Lynn Glass, who was killed by an abusive ex-boyfriend in 2023, Rianna’s Voice exists to ensure teens understand they deserve safety, respect, and support.
